Digital products are delivered as downloadable files — including PDF playbooks, workbooks, spreadsheets, and implementation guides — designed as educational resources for independent salon owners focused on marketing.
Products are delivered electronically with no physical goods involved. You receive access via a secure download link sent to your checkout email address.
When ordering you confirm you are at least 18 years old, that all information you provide is accurate and complete, that you authorise payment processing for the displayed checkout amount in USD, that you agree to these Terms in full, and that you expressly consent to immediate digital content supply and acknowledge losing cancellation rights once content becomes available.
Gorilla Society reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion. Cancelled orders after payment receive full refunds.
Your order is confirmed upon receiving an order confirmation email. The contract forms at this point.
All prices are charged in AUD (Australian Dollar), regardless of where you are purchasing from. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged in AUD. Your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee when settling the charge — this is outside our control.
Taxes (including GST, VAT, and sales tax) are calculated based on your billing location and handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Tax may be included in or added to the displayed price depending on your jurisdiction.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and other options offered by Lemon Squeezy at checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes all payments securely as merchant of record. Your card statement will show a charge from Lemon Squeezy, not from Gorilla Society.
Gorilla Society reserves the right to change prices at any time. You pay the price displayed at the time of your order.
Following successful payment, your download link is automatically delivered to your checkout email through Lemon Squeezy, typically within minutes.

Purchasing a Product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use that Product. You do not purchase ownership of the content.
This licence applies to a single named user only. Team, agency, or multi-user use is prohibited. Each individual user must purchase their own licence.

Breaching these licence terms results in immediate termination without refund. Gorilla Society reserves the right to take legal action, including seeking damages and injunctive relief.
All Product content, including text, frameworks, templates, graphics, layouts, branding, and methodologies, is exclusive Gorilla Society intellectual property protected by New Zealand and international copyright law.
These Terms transfer no intellectual property rights to you. Product purchase grants only the limited single-user licence described in Section 7.

To request a refund, email hello@gorillasociety.co with your order number and checkout email address. We will verify download link access and process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method, via Lemon Squeezy.
Lemon Squeezy’s rights as merchant of record: As the legal seller of record, Lemon Squeezy retains the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at their discretion, including to prevent or resolve chargebacks. Products are educational and informational resources only. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific results, that strategies suit your specific business or circumstances, or that content remains current as platforms and market conditions evolve.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control. Product use is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gorilla Society’s total liability regarding any Product or these Terms does not exceed the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunity.
These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury from negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms do not limit or exclude consumer rights under applicable law.
New Zealand customers retain rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
Australian customers retain Australian Consumer Law rights, including non-excludable guarantees.
UK & EU customers retain applicable consumer protection rights. Section 9’s cancellation rights waiver applies only where permitted under applicable law.
Canadian customers retain applicable provincial consumer protection rights.
US customers retain applicable federal and state consumer protection rights.
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply. Those laws take precedence as required.
Disputes are subject to New Zealand court jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
When using the website or Products, you agree not to violate any applicable law; infringe intellectual property rights; attempt unauthorised system access; use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; or transmit malicious software via the website.

New Zealand customers may refer disputes to the Disputes Tribunal for claims up to $30,000 NZD.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gorilla Society regarding Product purchase and use.
